i want to know what the best motherboards are:
Best sli board
Best crossfire board
Easiest board to over clock with
and overall best board,

also is crossfire not as good as sli.

ya.. Crossfire is better than SLi because it scales video cards better

Crossfire: Xpress3200 Chipset for AMD some p35 boards/975x/x38
SLi: Intel: 680i/650i AMD: 570/570 chipsets..

i don't know where the concept of "best board" came from.. i think each board is good.. or not..

Crossfire would be good if ATI ever put out a decent video card. The p5k supports crossfire, decent board, gigabyte also has a p35 board that supports crossfire. As for SLI im really enjoying this evga 680i board.

also if you have a computer with a HD2900XT and later you bought another one how do you install it, put it onto the motherboard and than what?

The cards have a little connector that you plug into both cards.

the Crossfire Bridge...

but don't forget to plug in your Power Connector for your HD2900xt... since they require the power...

SLI 8800gt would be a better choice, as its much cheaper and i doubt its significantly lower in performance

Best board IMO is the maximus formula. Very good chipset, easiest board to overclock with ( a monkey could do it) most features of any board, best layout ect. Its only crossfire compatible though.

the best Crossfire mobo will be the RD790, or 790X that is coming out November 19th, a day AFTER my birthday.

i find it unlikely for me to get it as a birthday present because of how cheap my parents r; i have to buy all the parts myself!
