Motherboard and Power Supply Problem.

Okay, so I drove my computer from Baltimore to Pittsburgh and now it won't turn on. I saw that the power supply light was blinking so I checked every connection and it turns out the connection with the motherboard is the the problem. I have looked at the motherboard connection and it only has 19 wires instead of twenty, I am hoping it is just the power supply because I really don't want to replace the motherboard. So, any help would be appreciated. Also, the light on the motherboard blinks whenever I connect the power supply connection to it, in case that helps.

The problem here is that your computer won't turn on? Did you disconnect any wires inside the case when you were taking it to Pittsburgh?

Yes, the machine will not turn on at all. No, I did not unplug any connections before I traveled to Pittsburgh. The only reason I unplugged connections now was because I wanted to see what was the problem. It turns out it is either the connection with the motherboard from the power supply or the motherboard itself. How would I know which was the problem?

If you have another computer lying around somewhere, you can hook it up to the other computer and see if it is going to power up or not.
