Vegas Video Help

OK Im using Vegas to make a video from the game i play, Counter Strike Source. I use fraps to capture them clips then i import them into Vegas, I then render using the WM9 codec and get great quality. The only problem is the file size. i have like a 15 sec clip with sound that is nearly 650,000KB, can anyone help?? i have to have it much smaller in order to distribute and i plan on makeing about a 4 min video

you'll have to either reduce the size of the video itself (the viewing area) or reduce the quality for rendering.
