problem with popup

right ok i get a pop up loading about every two mins! Yes very annoying! it's not due to sites that i go to because netscape blocks them. Anyway the page that always loads is www.ad-w-a-r-e.com then the page gets redirected to some sort of advirtising thing! sucha as mate1.com and annoying things like that. Tried Avast,Avg, spybot search and destroy, No adware and countless others. Anyone got any suggestions?
