utilty on the web to create a forum

hi ,
Is there any utilty on the web which would allow me to create a ,on our network .All i need is a interactive site where people can login , may be the whole floor can have a single user name and password ,but most important thing is that we can keep record of their posts ,,for further reference. Just an interactive forum where we can reply to each other queries.
