Pop and buzz out of headphones

i have a constant problem of whenever i plug in a set of headphones to my PC i get a hum buzz pop thing whenever i move my mouse. there is a constant hum or static even when nothing is happening. mouse is a logitech G5 and have tried multiples but same problem. NO PROBLEM when speakers are hooked up ONLY headphones.??? y??? i have run everything from my 37cent colbys to my $100 professional mixing headphones(recording studio) y does this happen? whould getting a gaming card

fix this i really dont need an external box i just want to run HQ audio without hiss and crap... ideas?? i know someone will read this and flame me or something for spending so much money to try and fix a problem but i can get these card from other places for half newegg so whatever

Yes, close unused inputs like line-in, mic etc.
Are you saying you have tried a regular wired mouse with same problems? Then I would direct my attention to your video card. Try spacing the video card farther away from the soundcard. If you have open slots to do that.
