Opera Trouble??

When I open the opera web browser a window pops up and says C/DOCUMENTS/SETTINGS program can not be found. Maybe I set it to run in a certain folder but I saw that everything was installed in the Opera folder. I re-installed it but I keep getting the same message. All of my other web browsers work fine though. HAVE ANY IDEAS OF WHAT I SHOULD DO?

I use Opera on Win32 & MacOS, but haven't ever had that particular problem.
