hmmm i was actually thinking about buying one of these....it makes me uneasy he pryed it open with a credit card though lol. does anyone have one of these yet, im not sure if i should get one of these or an ipod video....

Stick with an iPOD. I heard Zune doesn't even work with Vista..and the wireless thing will drain your battery, there's really no great use for it. I like the iPODs better, just transfer your music and charge your battery all at the same time.
