XP Pro SP3, IE8 having to press back twice

It's hard **** work pressing the back button twice lol jus joking. But I was wondering is this related to the site or IE8 I just check the news on Keloland and I click on a story read it and then i click the back button but it doesn't take me back to the previous page right away so this time I got curious and pressed that lil down button next to the back button and on it had http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pa in the list. Is there way around it or jus deal with it

It could be due to the ads on the site. It could be due to the first click not registering. It could just be that IE things you loaded or went ahead 2 pages instead of 1. Have you tried loading IE with no Addons? Have you tried resetting IE back to default settings?
