XP Boot Screen

I want to change the XP boot screen. Ive tried Tuneup Utilities but it just lowers the quality of the image into crap. Is there any program out there that will let me use a high quality image?

The image quality will be just that. It can only use a low resolution bmp picture with 16 colors. The Boot Screen shows before the GFX Driver is loaded and there for will look like garbage no matter what you use.
