Wonder if anyone can help. An annoying IE window keeps opening on my PC - it ends up with the address www.toptvbytes.

I assume this is adware?

I have ad-adware personal and run it regularly but it is not stopping or removing this.

Does anyone know how I can rid myslef of this annoyance.
