Won't turn on

I haven't had a single problem from my computer other then my dvd drive going out. But when I moved it to a bigger desk so I could set up my second monitor it wouldn't power on. I have unhooked the gpu, hard drive, both sticks of ram, Wi-Fi card, usb ports, removed the battery on the motherboard for a few min, no luck. So it seems like it's either the power supply or motherboard. Is there anything I missed that could be the problem?
Update: The computer is now on however it's not posting.
