I'd like to use my Astro MixAmp with my PC via the optical audio port on my motherboard, but I'm having trouble getting Windows to use it.
When I go into the sound properties and select SPDIF Interface (TX1) and go to the properties on that item then select the supported formats tab and select the Dolby Digital option in the encoder formats box and press the test sound button I hear everything fine. I deselected the other two options in that category and closed that window then tested the sound from the SPDIF Interface (TX1) and got nothing. Any idea what I should do?
