Which OSes covered in current A+?

I'm studying for my certification and I was wondering which OSes are covered in the current set of questions? I've found a couple of practice sites, but they all seem to cover 2000 only. I think I saw one Server 2000, but that's about it.

Also, any suggestions on practice sites for the Software portion of the A+?

Have you tried taking some of the sample questions from CompTIA's website? Just requires you to enter your name/e-mail. I've done it a few times:
