Do you have a cell phone provider? You need to get one through your Cell phone provider first, i reccomend the vx 6700 or this term is very universal, with sprint this same phone is called like pcc 6700. This phone rocks and is very cool to rock out, i am looking into one, ill be upgrading from an lg vx 9800
