Click to expand... Do you know what the right type of ram would be for this system? I read that I have to get the right one for the computer to work correctly. Thanks

B Blind_Arrow Fully Optimized Messages 1,909 Location Manchester, UK Sep 12, 2006 #13 I'll recommend Kingston brand for their stability, BEST is, go to kingston website, and hey have this RAM selector wizard, will ask for your computer manufacturer , model and so on, and will give out all the compatible RAM available for your system. here is the link: http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/con...ys_line=Presario&distributor=0&submit1=Search dirct to Presario selection, as 5000 series is coming in 4-5 types, and I am not sure which one is yours.
