Weird Radio Station sound, Possbily stdrt.exe malware problem?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums and I was reading some previous threads that looked like the similar problem I am having with seeing a "Name Not Available" in the Volume Mixer. It is always muted, but if you were to move the volume around you can make out what is a radio station. At one point another one opened and I could hear the radio station clearly. I assume it is this stdrt.exe issue because I am currently scanning with MalwareBytes and it showed that it was blocking that .exe file, etc.

Before I do get into the whole processes with the Spyware Asylum, does it require me to be in Safe Mode, and if so are there any other necessary steps I should take when scanning with all of these scanners, etc.
