That Page contains Virtual-PC Images of various versions of IE. You can Google for other Virtualizers (like VirtualBox) and other Images (like Linux). You can run a copy of Windows (or any other Operating System) in a Virtual PC and setup a Web Browser.

With some Virtual Wares you can have it not save where it was and simply restart from wherever you wish (no history saved). The other OS can have a different password or the Virtual Drive can be encrypted, you can also erase the whole thing quickly without affecting your "primary OS".

You can install these Virtual OSes on a USB Stick so you are certain that you have control of everything.
