VoIP Sound

I am currently working on getting the sip-communicator, a Voice Over IP program using SIP. I am connecting my windows computer to a SIP phone. I am able to recieve voice on the phone. However I cannot recieve voice on the computer. I have no problem recieving sound on this computer normally.

Does anyone have any have any suggestions?
