Any vmware admins out there with a checklist of items to check regularly for a 'healthy' system? Just general maintenance items that you guys do weekly or monthly to ensure your systems are in tip top shape?

Some of the items I've come up with so far are:
1. Clean stale snapshots (monthly)
2. Consolidate snapshots that are old but can't be removed (monthly)
3. Audit Security (monthly)
4. Ensure vmware tools is updated and running on all VM's that support it (monthly)
5. Configure all Host logging to be on persistent storage (done)

I just started this list, but would love some tips on how to keep a healthy environment.
