What is the difference between these 2 and which one do i need to buy?

Go with the OEM version. theres no difference. save about $130 bucks thats a big difference.

Are you going for 32 Bit or 64 Bit?

I dont know if hte first one is english or not. If it was it would say EN or as the second one said English right in the title.

I would go for the 2nd one if you want 64 Bit. If not find a english version of 32 Bit.
