Virtualbox won't work on Windows 10

I don't know if this topic exists already, I CTRL+F 'd "virtualbox" and found nothing

I decided to upgrade to Windows 10, and now Virtualbox (version 4.3) wouldn't start, so I uninstall it, and install Virtualbox (version 5.0). Virtualbox opens, but I see this, whenever I try to open a VM :

"Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Microsoft Neptune.

How do I fix this?

Have you checked the log it mentioned?

Did you try creating a new machine that uses your ms Neptune vdi and try booting from that?
