Treo 650 frustration

Hey guys,

Im currently in a fight with my phone company over my treo 650.

The stupid thing doesn't allow 50% of my incoming calls to get through (this is an estimate) and dumps my callers right to voicemail.

VERY annoying, and VERY bad for business.

Has anyone else had this problem and did you ever find a solution?

Who's your carrier? maybe there is an update for your phone, I had similar problem with Verizon, after software update phone works much better.
