TiVo wireless n adapter

I recently purchased a new in box TiVo wireless n network adapter for my Netgear WNDR300 dual band router. When I go through the manual method of configuring the adapter, I can "see" the 5 gHz network, but I can't ever connect to it even though I've used the correct passphrase. I am running WPA2/AES security.

My 2.4 gHz network adapters all work just fine and use the same passphrase. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Depends how far from the wireless router you are, and you need 802.11 A or N with 5Ghz.

5Ghz has a smaller range than 2.4Ghz.

I'm only about 20 feet from the router

Do you have 5Ghz enabled on the wireless router? There might be something you have to do at the adapter end as well.

Yes, I do have it enabled.
