Taskbar Web Icons

I'm pinning links from google chrome to my taskbar, then customizing the icons to better looking ones, my problem is whenever i click on the icon and it loads the web page, the icon gets changed back to the default ugly one, can anyone help with this?

Once you set the icon, change the shortcut permissions to read-only

I just use Google Images to find transparent .pngs and use

ConvertICO.com - Convert .PNG format files to .ICO or .ICO format files to .PNG : Windows 7 compatible icons

to get the icons

Yeah I do the same. I mean this website does it have an icon that I could use for it. Like TF in the top logo.

Ohhh yeah I used Photoshop for an icon on my phone... Here's one I use for TF:
