Stream Video from Remote Desktop to Tablet Without Lag

Is there any remote desktop apps out there that stream HD video from your
desktop to your tablet without any lag?
I've tried Splashtop, Logmein and Pocket Cloud. All failed miserably. I have an upload speed of 30Mbps on my desktop and a download speed of 12Mbps on my tablet. There has to be something out there that can stream HD without lag.

Have you tried SlingBox? Slingbox.com - Slingbox Home
It will accept a lot of devices as the source.

Besides when you remote in to your computer there is an inherent lag.

I checked out the set up video for Sling Box. Not sure if it will work for me or not. Am I able to use Sling Box with my set-up:
I connect my Desktop PC to my TV trough a wireless HDMI 1080p transmitter. So is it possible to use a Sling Box to stream what my wireless HDMI receiver (which is connected to my TV) is showing on my TV on screen?
