Speakers for TV

My speakers (Creative 2.1 2400) work well with my PC.
BUT when I connect them to my TV (Sony 29 inches Flat), sound is not at all clear.
Is there a way to remove these distortions?
OR are these speakers fabricated for only PC usage?

you can use the speakers for anything not just computer. probably the sound output on the TV is messed up or you have the output settings incorrect or you connected the speakers incorrect. what kind of distortions are you talking about? crackling, high pitch squel, static buzz, low sound output?

Sorry for posting late. My ISP had some power supply problem.


Some kind of disturbance is present at a constant level.
