Some web sites wont open???

Hi forum. i hope you can advise me.
I am having trouble with some web addresses not opening while others do ?
I have a laptop Toshiba equim 200, running windows vista.
and a Desktop computer running windows 7 ultimate.
I have tried lowering all security measures.
Disabling add ons.
Flushing dns ?
turning my norton Internet security 2011 off.
I asked a neighbour and it opened on his Mobile phone. ?
The particular website i need is:-

Usually when random web pages wont open but some will, it's some sort of infection (virus, ect).

Do a full scan and see if anything comes up.

As for that site, please don't actually purchase anything from it. There are MILLIONS of 'Learn how to play an instrument' sites out there. And as a musician I can say that NONE of them are worth it.

All the info you need to learn to play Harmonica is available on Google for free, trust me. Scales, exercises, ect...

I actually got most of my complex theory knowledge just from research, so I know it's doable. Even YOUTUBE has tons and tons and tons of 'how to play' videos. Just give it a try.

Still having problems with it? Can you specify what browser are you using? Could be some infection or something/setting changed somewhere that may have caused this as I don't really see the need for a virus/infection to block a music site.
