My windows 10 PC didnt boot, just bluescreen. So I pressed f8 and go to system rectore, to get older version of my windows before it stopped booting. It launched and completed tge restore, then restarted my pc. But what came out was a fresh version of windows 8, what the pc came in default with (I upgraded to 10 later). And no files, pics anything were left. Why tf it made a new windows, not gone back to a restore point?! I guess no way to revert it now?

Assuming you did the free Win10 upgrade... Because that's the option you picked. By default, when you had done the Win10 upgrade, it kept the previous version if you wanted to revert. You just chose the wrong recovery option.
