Sometimes it seems to me that I'm one of the very few people aware of the fact that Windows 10 (not sure about previous versions) has a thing called the "Snipping Tool"... it's very useful for doing partial screenshots. I find it under the Start Menu and pin it to my taskbar. There's also Greenshot, a 3rd-party tool. It has more features, but for me, the Snipping Tool works fine.
Just sayin.
