Your suggestion to remove all BHO files, has actually left the system more open to attack than it was previously. You suggested he disable all his antivrius and protection software.

Sorry but if you have Windows Genuine Advantage prevention stuff on your system, that means your not legit. Who knows what these programs could have done to your install. Get legit then come back for help. We dont help people pirate.
