Scratchy Sounds!Can Any one help please.

Hello, for some strange reason there are scratchy, distorted noises whenever i scroll up and down on a web page. It has been doing this for a while now. Also when i listen to music it starts to speed up when there is a moving object on the screen such as a pop-up or a video. THis also gives off a scratchy distorted noise. Could anyone help me please, because it is starting to bug me. Thanks Dan!! :beard:

how high is the volume on the computer? this happens to me on my onboard audio jack when the volume is really high

This sort of works but you can still just about hear the sratching and also it still speeds up, but cheers any way.

Crosstalk and stuff across crappy motherboards...

Happens with my intergrated sound as well
