Random lag spikes in CSS?

Been getting random lag spikes usually when someone is talking or when my teammates throw alot of bombs my PC specs are above the system requirements and run everything on high .
Also my chat box sometimes just randomly translates my typing into chinese gets really annoying at times.

Sounds like a latency issue. High Ping. Check where your server is at. Most likley chinese if your getting random translations. Try other servers and post back .

My ping is fine usually stays around 25-80 tops.
