Ram Usage Always Around 80%

If You said You have at all 2GB, then is everything absolutely correct. Any 32-bit windows itself uses about 1BG and Chrome takes always about 400-500 MB (it is 0.4-0.5 GB) - it is minimum, but there are always some background processes, managing processes etc.
It is absolutely normal usage. Install 8GB RAM and your computer will use very rarely more than 25-30% RAM.

Yeah, same story in resource manager

So...what's the graph look like then? Is a majority of it marked as "In Use" or "Standby" ? Standby would be SuperFetch doing it's job and pre-caching often-used applications in RAM.
