problem in dsigning web pages

I have a program from namo called web editor 2006 suite. Does anyone know where I can find an instruction manuel on how to use it? Or does anyone know of another program that is easy to learn for making web pages? Im not to familiar with html code also, is that going to be a problem for me? Many guys helped me to solve at custom website design forum but i want help fron ur side.
