PortQry like program for Vista?

I've been looking for about 3 hrs now for a program that runs like PortQry but runs on Vista. I can't find anything. Does anyone know of a program that can check what ports are open on a remote computer that will run on Vista?

try using nmap.

Lots of options with that program, one of those is scanning a specified IP Address for open ports (you can also specify which ports exactly to scan, and using what method)
