Let me start by giving some background. My wife and I need to keep tabs on our teenage son who has been to rehab and is getting involved in the wrong crowd again.

How can we see what passwords he enters in on explorer for his Facebook and email.

Please trust us we are desperate to ensure he is not getting in trouble so please dont judge me here.

I can understand your concern. But at the same time there is no way we can verify anything that is said. We have had kids come on before saying they were the parents just to try and get around the protection put in place.
