A customer of mine is using OE 6 with win xp pro and the win updates - there is one email that will not delete. I've tried the normal methods from selecting it and clicking the delete icon, to trying to drag the email over to the deleted folder. I even tried selecting the email and clicking 'edit' then delete and tried the move feature. Nothing seems to work.
A virus was found on the system and has been removed since.
The system is running ok otherwise.
