I'm updating my motherboard which will have a pci-e slot in there, what's the best pci-e card that will work really well with elder scrolls: oblivion within a recent amount of range within money? Thanks!

I think the first thing you are going to have to let us know is your actual budget. A reasonable amount of money for one person will be different for another
