No programs in my uninstall or change programs

I have windows 7 home premium. I have updated and scanned with norton anti virus. I downloaded Revo uninstaller pro, and it only shows partial of my programs. All my programs work fine. they are just not located in the uninstall or change a program.

Sounds to me like something about your OS is corrupted.

You can try running in a command prompt: sfc /scannow

If the command prompt doesn't work I would have to reinnstall windows 7?

If you cant get the most commonly used tools with Windows to operate, then yes you should re-install. Not having an operational Command Prompt is not a good sign at all.
