to me this is a very smart idea for point and shoot camera's. the coolest thing is being able t ouse it as a pocket projector.

It's not cool, it stupid. We have an S1000pj in the store and it's about as gimmicky as you can get.

What would be better is wireless tethering to an Ipod touch/Iphone/Ipad because not only are the screens better for viewing than a low res projection, but when are you REALLY going to PROJECT pictures for people to see?

its not just projecting pictures for others the fact that it can be used as a portible projector for a laptop comes into use, for students and office workers.
