New Email Problem

Hello, everyone. I recently had a problem with sending or receiving my emails, and someone suggested I try the website ATTCenter online. It was very helpful, and I
now get my emails. The problem is when I try to send an email with an attachment; the company I sent the email to claims they can't open it. They request I place
the attactment file in Msword or RTF. When I click on the file type, it says all files, but they are still not getting the attachment. Can anyone explain why they're not getting the attachment?

What is the file format or type of file they are having problems opening?

The most likely problem is that most email providers do not allow for transmission of unencrypted or unprotected word documents.

You would have to use something like WinRar or WinZip to archive them first before you send them.

yes sometimes people do not no how to unrar files but it is very good.
