Need spyware removal program suggestions

Looking for a kick *** spyware detection and removal program to place on our laptop and desktop images. (Win XP SP3) What do you all recommend? It does not have to be free either. Thanks.

Has anyone had luck with the Microsoft Security Essentials program?

I agree with Osiris. And add Spybot Search & Destroy.

And I did use MSE for a while, it was pretty good. It's rated as one of the best now.

Well actually I just found out that it may be illegal to put the Microsoft Security Essentials on our image and deploy to numerous machines.
