Need a auto trader style website designed

I'd like to create a website that's like auto trader. A clone perhaps but with some added features. i'd like it have penny auction functionality. Regular auction functionality like ebay. All the functionality and most popular features of the car dealership industry along with a user friendly interface. A lot of this can be PHP scripts as I mentioned before. A professional looking design. Code that's secured from hackers. No back door vulnerabilities. Room for ad banners. RSS feed. SEO. Forums. Subscriptions. Payment Modules. Etc.

Cool. Doesn't sound easy though, you'll need to be pretty good with whatever language you use (you're right that PHP is probably the best for the purpose).
