The most noticeable change is, it doesn't open in a new dialog box. Instead it opens in a new tab in the same browser window
.
It shows a better organized interface compared to the old one. The fonts size has been increased for better readability.
Overall its a nice change and makes the browser more user-friendly.

hrrm wonder if they can get it so you don't have to restart the browser so much for add-ons. its annoying to have to. IE should do this too.
