microsoft's free one?

Yup , its for those who have legit copies of windows. If they have legitamite copies, they can go and register in the MS site, and MS will give some 250$ worth softwares for free.

That includes some paint software, video editing tools , etc etc...

codes do you know the name of this app though? I had it once and then dumped it for some reason. I have GIMP but I dont know how to use it...I am a photoshop master but I dont want to buy the darn thing.

Ah, its not such a great software, can't be better than Photoshop. I forgot the name and i couldn 't find the link in MS site....
