Microsoft Office Class not registered

I was trying to save a Office 2007 document but it said that (File name) Class not registered, i tried saving it in 2003 format but that didn't work either. How can I fix this?

You need to go under the Start Menu and select Word from the Microosft Office menu. Start it up in Safe Mode. If it works then you have to remove some addons you installed for Word as they are causing this conflict. If you havent installed any addons you either need to repair Office or remove and reinstall it.

I tried repairing but it still has the error
EDIT: I found what the problem was, for some reason it doesn't let me save in any of the libraries (I have Windows 7)
