Looking for Remote Access Support Software

Hello,

I work for a small company that builds media center pc's. We currently use LogMeIn, when we need to remotely log into a customer computer. The hassle with this is that it requires them to be at the computer. What we really want it to be able to have the person install a program that runs as a service, and allows us to remote in when they are not around. Can anyone recomend a solution? Either a service or something we can run on our server.

If the PC is on logmein doesn't need someone at the computer. As long as the PC is up and running I can log into all the users i support.

so why not make a regular logmein account as well?

then when ur at the machine physically or in rescue u can install the free logmein
