Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 Issue

I have a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000, and on the Logitech website It says that 720p will shoot at 25 fps, but It caps at 5 fps every time. I have Windows XP SP3, HELP!! Debut Video capturer

Regardless of advertised claims by manufacturers, Web cams are very poor performers. In the end, most pc users who desire decent cam performance (for a youtube post for instance), use a hooked up digital video camera. The cheapest of these will outperform even the most expensive web cam products.

What are your system specifications?
Are you using the latest webcam driver from Logitech's website?
Are you using a high speed USB 2.0 port?
Have you tested your webcam in a different webcam video capturing program?
