Joli OS on an Acer ASPIRE One D257 (WLAN Diffiulties)

Hi, There.

Up until yesterday, I ran Windows 7 Starter on my new Acer ASPIRE One D257 Netbook, which ran like a dream and it is perfect for using for college.

I installed Joli OS Yesterday, after having used JoliCloud while away from home, over Windows 7 (Just to be safe - ain't broke etc). It's doing a perfectly good job, and, again, runs really well, but it hasn't recognised my Wireless Hardware. I cannot use the FUNCTION + F3 Key like before to toggle wireless connectivity, and it fails to acknowledge any wireless activity. I am connected to my router via Ethernet currently, but wish to connect wirelessly (obviously).

I have Googled the problem, but to no avail. I am not sure which PCI/MiniPCI or equivalent I have, and I am not even sure if Acer/Intel/Possibly Realtek even make a driver for Linux-Based OS-es.

What can I do?

First thing is first, open a terminal and run lspci. Paste everything that comes back from that output.

Just to clarify, the command is LSPCI, but all lower case. It gives an entire hardware profile readout so you can see exactly what's in the system.

Some notebooks use a software switch to enable to wireless which can be irritating to get at through other operating systems. I had a similar problem with my old fujitsu siemens laptop, I had to install something (acerhk?).
